General Manager
Jon Ross
Born and raised in San Diego, Jon played 4 years of varsity tennis at Rancho Bernardo High School. In 2018, Jon graduated with a BA in Psychology from the University of Redlands. Since then, he has managed retail clothing stores and was a manager of the Racket Stringing Workshop. He is a racket stringing enthusiast with over 4 years of racket technician experience. He has been a member of LJTC since 2021 and can frequently be seen competing in local tournaments. Jon has a tremendous amount of passion for tennis and a great outlook on life.

Armand Pigeon
Armand was born and raised in Orange County, CA. He is currently getting his masters in International Affairs and Economics at UCSD and also works at the San Diego County Taxpayers Association when he is not at the club. He loves talking all things sports and chatting with all of our members.

Ryan Salas
Ryan is a San Diego native who is a recent graduate from UC San Diego with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Along with playing tennis on the UCSD club social team, he plays regularly with his friends and loves to grow and continue to learn about the game. His accepting and inviting attitude creates a welcoming environment at the club.

Bob Snider
Originally from Chicago, Bob has worked in San Diego as a Stock Broker and has been a member of LJTC since 1979. As a past President of The Board, he is a great addition to our staff team bringing years of club history to the job. Bob's smile and charm is infectious!

Doug Purvis
Doug has spent his lifetime working in the tennis world. He's done about every tennis job you can have from teaching pro to Director of Tennis. Now retired, Doug has joined the LJTC team to help the club out in any way he can. As an LJTC member himself, he enjoys connecting with everyone that comes in to the club.

Luke Brown
Luke, a San Diego native, graduated from LJHS in 2021. He is attending San Diego State University as a History major. Luke's smile and good sense of humor make him a pleasure to work with.
