Board of Directors Meeting - March 12th
The LJTC Board of Directors met on Wednesday, March 12th at 6 pm in the Rec Center, Room 2.
Highlights included approval of new contracts for the LJTC manager, teaching Pros and other employees. These new contracts are to satisfy new guidelines received from San Diego’s Park and Rec. Dept. The contracts will be submitted along with accounting documents with our application for a new Special Use Permit (SUP) to be delivered to the City later this month.
In other new business, the board approved a plan to hold a social tennis mixer to follow the Spring Tournament. One goal of this event will be to honor the many volunteers who serve LJTC. The board also appointed a new Social Media committee to launch and oversee Facebook and other social media activity on this LJTC web site.
